Owners Brooke and Oliver are dedicated to providing innovative menus full of fresh local food. They raise, grow, and forage for many of their own ingredients and build a sense of community through their connections to local suppliers who have a similar food philosophy. From duck liver mousse to bee pollen meringue, their exciting menu is delicious and ever-changing. While their cuisine represents coastal BC, they also actively represent the Slow Food movement all over the world. They are unique, brilliant, and inspirational!
